I love to make this candy. It's so easy to make and so good to eat.
Make a pan and give it as a Valentine's gift. Give sweets to your sweetie!
Remember to make an extra batch to share at home.
Here we go, it's Day 4 of our frugal Gifts For Valentine's Countdown.

Easy Rocky Road Candy Recipe
In The Microwave:
2 12 oz. pkgs. Milk choc chips or semi-sweet in a large bowl.
Microwave for about 1 min 30 seconds, then remove and stir.
Put the bowl back in and microwave for another 1 min 30 seconds.
**Microwaves vary, so adjust the time as needed to melt the chocolate chips.**
Remove and stir, and add 2 packages of 16 oz. mini marshmallows.
Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and mix all ingredients with a spoon.
Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper and spray lightly with cooking spray (PAM)
Pour the Rocky road mixture into the baking pan and place in the refrigerator to cool for about 1 hour. Slice into 1" squares and serve.
*(You may drop by spoonfuls to make round candies if desired)*
This candy would be great wrapped in Martha's easy to make Heart Waxed Paper Gift Wrap.

Another great presentation is to put the candy in a large jar, tie a red ribbon around it and attach some red cut out hearts. Simple and pretty~a Valentine's hit!
